Plexus Myth #2: "I should be embarassed to admit I want to try/am taking Plexus, because it means I couldn't 'do it on my own.'"
Not only have I imposed this one on myself, before that I imposed it on other people.
Let's talk about me imposing it on other people. I fought hard to lose so much weight a few years ago, and did it 'on my own'. I was very prideful about that fact. I kind of felt superior to all of my friends who were shedding their pounds with Plexus...as if they were cheating or taking the lazy way out.
And....while doing so....I sat. Unhealthy. Tired. Trapped in my bad habits. Feeling uncomfortable in my own skin.
And they...well, they felt great.
There's no prize for achieving optimum health through only diet and exercise. No one awarded me with a special trophy.
Getting healthy gets you healthy.
Everyone wins.
Except the person who is sitting. Unhealthy. Tired. Trapped in their bad habits. Feeling uncomfortable in their own skin.
So pretty much- who cares? If someone thinks you are cheating. If someone thinks you are lazy. If someone thinks you should be able to do it the old-fashion way. It doesn't matter in the end.
Let's talk about me imposing it on myself. I felt like a failure as I was making that decision to "cross over to the pink side". I felt disappointed in myself because I couldn't conquer my cravings with sheer willpower. My stomach literally hurt when I decided to post my Plexus debut on Facebook. I wanted to hit delete and hope no one had seen my post yet.
But what was the point of being so hard on myself?
And if I had listened to myself, I wouldn't feel as good as I am feeling today.
I was already, and still am, working hard to be consistent with my diet and work outs, but I needed a little more help. And I'm so glad I got it with Plexus.
So if you are reading this and you are imposing pressure on yourself that is unnecessary...stop that right this minute! :)
If you are reading this and imposing that pressure on someone else...well...just be nice. Be encouraging. Be a friend who supports others, no matter their path to a healthier lifestyle.
And get started today!

Plexus Myth #1
Plexus Myth #1: 'Plexus will make me skinny and healthy fast, without me making any changes to my diet or lifestyle!"
As I have said before, I searched high and low looking for anything bad about Plexus before I decided to start taking any of their products. I googled any combination of things looking for negative reviews, complications or lawsuits. My research turned up nothing in the way of any ill effect. As far as reviews, although it took quite a bit of searching, the only negative reviews I could find generally fell into two categories:
1. "Plexus didn't work for me at all. I took it for two weeks and didn't lose any weight!".
OK, friends. Some people really are looking for a quick fix. They want to drop that 15 pounds in 10 days. Don't get me wrong...it does sound appealing. But it's not safe, it's not healthy, and it's not realistic. In fact, I would be scared of something that caused me to lose weight at such a rapid pace. Those kind of products are the kind that result in injury, death, and lawsuits. But, what I find with Plexus over and over is people who lose weight at a steady pace, 2 pounds a week, and occasionally a bit more. Think about that for a minute. That can mean 8-10 pounds a month. In three or four months, it might be 25-30 pounds. These before and after pictures are the real deal. So many of them are people I know and love in real life.
Some of my friends have seen a weight loss of 30 pounds in 4 months. For others, it took a bit longer to see changes. But what Plexus did for all of them was make it easier to make those lifestyle changes. It took away the sugar cravings and curbed the appetites. And it increased their energy so that they could be more active.
For some of them, the external, visible changes didn't really kick in until 2-3 months into their Plexus journey. And that's ok. Maybe, if you are impatient like me, it doesn't seem ok. But sometimes the inside needs a little more fixing, a little more healing, before the positive effects can start to take place where they can be seen. But the internal changes and improvements are every bit as important. Patience is most definitely a virtue where your health is considered. You need to be in a hurry to get on your pathway to health...but you might have to be patient when it comes to seeing your external results. Give it time. It will come!
2. "Plexus didn't work for me! I still eat junk food every day!"
I'm not making this up...that is really the response some people have when trying Plexus! (And I'm sure many other health aides) Plexus isn't going to stop you from being hungry. It's going to curb your appetite, but it's not going to take it away. (remember: you need food to survive...I would stay away from any product that took away your appetite completely!) Plexus is also not going to go to the grocery store, stock your fridge with fresh greens, veggies, and lean meats. That is up to you. What Plexus does do, by bringing your blood sugars into balance, is create an atmosphere within your body, within your gut, that is no longer raging out of control on the sugar roller coaster.
Those highs and lows are one of the main reasons that your body craves sugary and unhealthy foods. Plexus levels the playing field, so to speak. It takes the personality-morphing, uncontrollable, searching-through-the-pantry-for-chocolate-chips monster out of the picture so that you can be the level-headed you that you meant to be just minutes before your blood sugar levels plummeted and sent you on that pantry-searching rage and let's you calmly make a good choice. But the choice is still yours to make. In my house, Friday is donut day for my kiddos. All week they have yogurt, oatmeal and honey-sweetened muffins. We don't do much in the way of sugary cereals, so Friday all bets are off and I pick up their donuts on the way home from the gym. And especially after a hard work out, let me tell you....I am ravenously hungry and can still be tempted. There's nothing like the smell of a fresh donut. And I've snuck a bite or two even since I have started Plexus. But pre-Plexus let's just say I was sneaking more than that. ;) But the biggest difference is that pre-Plexus the urge to shove 3 donuts in my mouth felt overwhelming, and I couldn't resist them. Now, I can taste a bite and go on my way. And most weeks, I don't even desire to do that.
I kind of think of Plexus as putting the cart before the horse. I was having a really hard time making the changes that would get me healthier. Or I would make the changes, but it was taking so long to feel the difference that I would give up. Plexus kind of went ahead of me and started getting things healthier so that it was much easier for me to make the better choices I needed and wanted to make anyway.
Now, I feel personally compelled to say that maybe you are someone who doesn't notice a change, or a strong change, when taking Plexus products. Well, then- that's what that awesome 60 day money-back guarantee is for. That money-back guarantee is one of the reasons I can so boldly say "What have you got to lose? Just give it a try!"
So- Plexus Myth #1 would be that 'Plexus will make me get skinny and healthy fast, without me making any changes to my diet or lifestyle!"
I've said it before and I will say it again. If you are taking Plexus and eating fried-drive through food every day, three meals a day- you aren't healthy. Maybe a touch healthier....but not healthy. What Plexus will do is start you on the right track so that it is easier and more attainable to make good choices and get healthier. With a huge support system and plenty of encouragement from those on the same path.
I couldn't he happier with my choice to jump on this Plexus bandwagon. If you're ready to give it a try, let me know. Why not?

ProbioWHAT?
So, 10 years ago this month, I was in the hospital having my 3rd child. At that time we had at home a 2 and 4 year old, and viewed the 2 day stay in the hospital as a getaway- uninterrupted conversation, people dropping by take-out from our favorite restaurants...crazy I know. And one thing that stands out about this particular maternity stay is that my husband's choice of reading material (and consequently the topic of our late night newborn chats) in the hospital was "The Maker's Diet" by Jordan Rubin. This introduced us to the idea of REAL food and probiotics.
It was the beginning of a food and health revolution for our family. Despite the fact that I seem to find a way to sneak bread and sugar into my own diet, in my house we stick to pretty healthy stuff. My children were recently stumped playing a round of a board game at a birthday party when the prompt was to name foods that are served at McDonald's (which they've never eaten). Our version of "Magic Shell" on ice cream is coconut oil mixed with chocolate chips. Their friends dread any meal at our house that includes ketchup being out because we don't have "real ketchup" ;) You get the idea.
Another thing that was revolutionary to us was the idea of a "probiotic". We were unsure...a little nervous at first if it was safe. We had never heard of it. And then we tried it. And we noticed a HUGE difference in so many ways. My children have also been on probiotics since they were very young, before it was becoming more mainstream and acceptable to do so. I use to tell people that I would empty the capsules into baby food and would be met with shock and concern...what was this strange thing I was giving my children?
So- maybe you've seen these Plexus posts about probiotics. Maybe you have no idea what a probiotic is. Do you wonder if you need one? Maybe you aren't overweight and have no "tummy issues". Why would you need to take a probiotic? Male/female, skinny/overweight, young/old...YOU can benefit from a daily probiotic.
I am a visual learner. Had my textbooks growing up been entirely in info graphic, I think I'd be a heck of a lot smarter. So keep scrolling...let's try and discover exactly what a "probiotic" is:

And don't just read the symptoms listed on this chart, scroll down for a deeper understanding of what candida is and exactly how we can fight it!
Candida is the short name used to describe yeast overgrowth in the body. The technical term is Candidiasis. Like
intestines, eyes, ears, bladder, stomach, lungs, vagina, etc. It is one of the billions of other friendly organisms that
serve a useful purpose in the body. One of its important functions is to recognize and destroy harmful bacteria.
However, candida is not intended to overgrow and get out of control while the body is alive. This is only
down the body.
How Does Candida Affects Us?
When Candida Albicans is under control it poses no problem, but when it gets out of control it begins to overgrow
causing numerous symptoms and health problems from the top of the head to the tips of the toes, from migraines to
nail fungus. It can result in symptoms inside (pain and malfunction of organs, even brain lesions) and outside
(eczema and hives). It can also cause problems with the mind and emotions.
What Causes Candida to Get Out of Control?
A healthy immune system keeps Candida in balance with the other micro-organisms in the mucous membranes but
under certain conditions it begins to overgrow and get out of control. The causes of immune system dysfunction are
varied and complex, but antibiotics are the biggest culprits because they wipe out friendly micro-organisms, in the
digestive system. Because Candida is resistant to antibiotics the imbalance of micro-organisms allows it to
take over. It begins to change its shape and starts to overgrow; raising large families called colonies.
These colonies excrete toxins that circulate throughout the body further weakening the immune system and creating
havoc throughout the body. The Candida produces very long root-like structures that penetrate intestinal walls leaving
microscopic holes which allows toxins, undigested food particles, bacteria and yeast to enter the bloodstream. Adding to the problem of malabsorption are nutritional deficiencies that also weaken the immune system. standard diet lacks the necessary nutrients to maintain a healthy immune system. It is loaded with sugar, carbohydrates, hydrogenated oils and fats (trans-fats), white flour products, processed foods, food additives, preservatives, pesticides, and heavy metals. This, in addition to foods being irradiated (exposed to high levels of radiation to extend shelf life), and being grown in nutrient depleted soil, long storage and transportation time, and improper handling, cooking and microwaving that goes on in most homes, further depletes nutrients available. All of these factors contribute to a weak immune system.

"But you don't have to take my word for it!"
I really want to put a big picture of LeVar Burton right here, with his big grin, but I'm afraid that might be cheesy. I hope you're all catching the Reading Rainbow reference in the title. ;)
If you are reading this and you don't currently purchase and take Plexus Slim or some other Plexus product, I am guessing that it means you have some sort of interest in doing so. Something is really catching your eye and you're trying to decide whether or not to take the plunge. What's holding you back? Are you wondering if the ingredients are safe? I believe they are.
{cue cheesy Reading Rainbow reference}
"But you don't have to take my word for it!"
In selling Plexus, I am asking my customers to consume a drink, ingest a pill, slather themselves in a body cream that could absorb into their bloodstream. I realize that this is not a decision that many of us take lightly.
Please. Don't take my word for it.
It is not irritating, annoying or offensive to me if you message me and say "How do I know if this stuff is safe?". Don't think for a minute that I didn't research these products like crazy before ever putting that first pink drink to my lips.
Message me, email me, post on my Facebook. I would love to send you detailed information and ingredient lists for any Plexus product. And if you still have more questions and I don't know the answers, I will research and ask until I can find it.
If you ask me if it's safe my answer will be that I wholeheartedly believe it is. But if you are a researcher like me, I want to give you any information I can to help you decide whether or not Plexus is right for you.

My Plexus Top 10....So Far
I know, I know...you see the Plexus posts and roll your eyes...."What are they going to claim that Plexus fixes next?"...at least that's what I have done. It's just to help with weight loss, right? So why do you keep seeing Facebook posts that people are less anxious, sleeping better, see improvements in their eczema, etc? Is it because Plexus "fixes" all of these things?
No.
It doesn't.
Not exactly. "All of those things" are simply the by-product of a body and gut overwhelmed with sugar and candida yeast. What Plexus does is help bring your blood sugar levels to a good healthy place so that you can get a handle on your sugar issues. And, coupled with the Probio5 probiotic, it gets your body back to the place it's meant to be.

What Plexus does is help bring your blood sugar levels to a good healthy place so that you can get a handle on your sugar issues. And, coupled with the Probio5 probiotic, it gets your body back to the place it's meant to be.
Kinda scary when you think about it...the side-effects of sugar really are doing a number on our society.
So, what are the "Top 10" differences I have noticed in my life as I wrap up my 2nd week on Plexus?
1. Increased Energy. This is what I noticed first, hands down. Before anything else kicked in, I realized I wasn't exhausted from sun up to sun down
2. Better Sleep. Now, if you know anything about my family, this is nothing short of a miracle. I have 7 children, and two of them are two years old. To top it off, we are currently in a rental house, having sold our home, and said two year olds tend to wake each other and their siblings up around 2 to 4 am every night, given the close proximity of their sleeping arrangements. For me to wake up fresh and rested is a feeling I had been missing, and it's been great to feel it again!
3. Clarity of Thought or what most people call "Brain Fog". Able to sit and listen to others and not be missing half of it. Or to read aloud to my children and not stop and wonder what I just read.
4. No More Dizziness. Now, I'm pretty much a big ol' hypochondriac. My doctor isn't surprised any time I show up asking for a range of blood tests due to any random ailment or symptom. And those dizzy spells have had me google-diagnosing myself and running off for blood work more than once in the last year. Gone.
5. I'm Nicer. Now, that one I struggle with. I am a grown up. Responsible for my own behavior and actions, regardless of my blood sugar levels. But let me tell you that my ability to control my emotions, be more patient, and be more calm seem to have increased. When I would hit those afternoons where I was exhausted and my sugar levels were plummeting, causing me to be hungry and cranky and weepy...I was not a mama you wanted to be around. Sugar spikes and plummets are a thing of the past...resulting in a much more pleasant Rachel ;)
6. My Pants are Getting Looser. I'm sure you can't tell yet. It's going to take a little longer for others to notice. But it's happening. The clothes that were ALL too tight are a little more comfortable. Baby steps, but it's happening. Pretty soon, I may not have to wear my yoga pants everywhere I go.
7. I no longer duck into an aisle at the store to avoid my Plexus-selling friends. OK- let me say this. My Plexus-selling friends are way too cool to look at me and think, "Gee- she needs to lose 40 pounds. She should be on Plexus". But seriously- I have seen some of you in public and gone out of my way to avoid you because that was my fear. Even though I know they are way too sweet, kind, and nice to be that way. But hang on...I have a point: It shows you that I have been THAT self-conscious. Feeling so badly about myself that I would miss the chance to see and chat with friends that I don't see often. I am that un-happy with the excess weight. And so happy to be on the road to fixing it.
8. I just feel BETTER. Less bloated, less yucky. Less "stuffed" all the time. I had hit the point that I felt uncomfortable in my own skin. And that is rapidly improving.
9. I Don't Feel Like I'm 93 Years Old When I Get Out of Bed in the Morning. Ya'll know what I'm talking about. Waking up, legs stiff, back aching, every muscle making me think "I can NOT possibly be this old already?". Gone. Just all the way gone. (And this one fact by the way, is what caused my husband to place his own order this week. He's on board now too ;)
10. More Energy. Ok, that's cheating. I already used that one. But I started this journey saying that was my "Why". So it bears repeating. Y'all. I'm not exhausted all the time. I know you understand!
Maybe you have some weight to lose? Maybe you're super skinny but still tired all the time? Maybe you have tummy problems or groggy brain by 2 pm? Or a host of other ailments that might, MIGHT, be a by-product of sugar imbalances and candida yeast taking over your gut. Why not take a chance and see?

3 Things I *Thought* You'd Never Hear Me Say About Plexus
1. "My name is Rachel Castor and I am a Plexus Ambassador".
Yep. That's the number one surprise right there. ;)
2. "My only regret is that I didn't try it sooner"
This one may have kinda made me gag every time I read it. But, you guys. The only thing I regret is that I didn't try it sooner! Yesterday I woke up for an hour and a half walk on the park trails at 5:50, sat down immediately after for a 2 hour planning meeting, fit in some schooling with my kiddos, made lunch, started an afternoon of shuttling kiddos back and forth to ballet classes, came home, made a mad dash for a few necessities at Target, took my kids swimming, came home to manage bath time solo while my husband had a late meeting, and then sat down on the couch to watch a movie with him at 10:30 pm. Trying to stifle the regret that I lost so much time to my exhaustion, in the past year especially. But no time for that- moving forward and feeling great from this point on!
3. "Will you think about giving Plexus a try? It is supposed to be really great for (insert name of any number of ailments here)"
Again, I have known for many years the evil of sugar and the importance of probiotics. But I am astounded now, with so many people seeking specifically to improve those two areas of their lives, the wide range of health issues are being resolved. The way I explain it is that Plexus is not a medicine- it isn't "fixing" or "masking" these health problems. It is helping to create balance in your gut (with the Probio5 probiotic) and with your blood sugar levels (with Plexus Slim), and that imbalance is what has been creating so many of our health problems for so long!
Plexus isn't a medicine. It's restores your body to where it should be. Any number of ailments that you are experiencing could be a result of out-of-whack blood sugar levels or yeast overgrowth in your gut (because yeast feeds on...what else...sugar!) Maybe you are experiencing some sort of health issue, not excess weight, that is a byproduct of these imbalances.
60 day money back guarantee. No questions asked.
What have you got to lose?
Yep. That's the number one surprise right there. ;)

3 Things You'll NEVER Hear Me Say About Plexus
"This is my customer Suzy! Doesn't she look amazing? She's lost 60 pounds in just 1 month!"
Ok, hopefully no one would say anything quite that extreme, but my point is: while getting to a healthy weight is better for you, getting there too fast can be dangerous. Losing weight at a rapid pace can be damaging to your heart and other internal organs. Please be patient. Do not try a 3 day sample, a 7 day sample, or even a whole 30 day supply of Plexus and think that you should be headed out for an all new wardrobe when you're done. Slow and steady really does win the race when the finish line is a healthy body.
"I didn't even have to eat differently or start working out and look how healthy I am now!"
*disclaimer: some of my friends that are loving Plexus started out at a low weight and dropped 5-15 pounds resulting in a more trim version of their already cute selves. They are the exception to this...already eating healthy and being active, but maybe their portions were too large or they had some "baby weight" hanging around and had hit a plateau. So, this statement may be true for some!*
But here's the deal. I am carrying excess weight. A lot of us are. If I continue to eat a high sugar, high carb, acidic diet (which I have fallen back into the routine of doing) and don't get more consistent in my workout, I am only "kinda" getting healthy. Sure, it will be healthier to lose the belly fat that puts a strain on my body and organs, etc. But skinny does NOT automatically equal healthy. We all know that one person who can down cheeseburgers and chocolate cake, not exercise, and never gain an ounce. That, my friends, is not healthy. For the love- EAT CLEAN. Get active. Plexus is only a crutch if you let it be. Instead use it as a springboard to get you on the right path, and keep you there.
"It's all natural...so it's safe"
That is a blanket statement that doesn't give proper attention to the fact that the creators of Plexus Slim have worked hard to make something that is both all-natural AND safe. For example, you know that tiny print on food cans that gives you full confidence to buy it because it must be healthy?
Natural Flavors
"Perfect! Awesome! This snack is a-ok for my kiddos because there aren't any artificial flavors!", you say.
I hope you know that 9 times out of 10 "Natural Flavors" means it has MSG. That's right...that nasty additive we ladies all work so hard to avoid when we are pregnant. And gives some of us migraines. And that, all in all, is NOT good for us. It is "all natural". In addition, even herbs, plant extracts, and minerals can be harmful if taken incorrectly, in excess, or by a person who has a condition that conflicts with it. So, when you ask me if Plexus Slim is safe, my answer will NOT be "It's All Natural!". I will show you the ingredients, what they are known to do, and how they are not known to have any adverse affects. Because let me tell you- this girl has to be writhing in pain to even take something for a headache. I do NOT put medications into my body and even fully evaluate naturopathic resources. That's yet another reason I was so slow to jump on the Plexus train. My friends that know me well know that if it's on the internet, I can find it. I fancy myself somewhat of a rogue investigator. And even I haven't been able to dig up a bit of dirt on the ingredients of Plexus Slim.

My {Plexus} Turning Point
My Turning Point (Or..."What Pushed Me Over the Edge and Made Me Secretly Try Plexus")
It wasn't the need to lose weight. It wasn't even the general feeling of discomfort from the excess weight that I couldn't seem to shake. It was the EXHAUSTION.
I was needing to take a nap by 2 pm everyday. On the days that I worked out, I was sometimes falling asleep on the couch before lunch. And the idea of taking my whole crew of kiddos out for any outing that wasn't entirely necessary was enough to bring me to tears. I mean- I was as fatigued as a mama can be.
And there is a little problem with that. You see...I have seven children. Seven daughters to be exact. And TWO of them are currently TWO years old. On top of that, I homeschool the oldest 5, which means I am on duty every single moment of the day. Every. Single. Moment. Napping is just not a realistic part of my life. (Resisting the urge to make an "ain't nobody got time for that" joke).
On top of being inconvenient...it made me sad. I need to use each moment of my day productively if I am going to meet the needs of my girls. When the babies nap, I was making that my mandatory "Mommy lays down for 30 minutes" time. And there were so many other ways I'd rather spend that time.
So at the end of my first week on the Pink Drink, a Plexus Miracle happened. (Can I coin that phrase? "A Plexus Miracle"?) The twins went down for their nap, someone called for me in the dining room asking me to come paint nails. And I didn't even hesitate. And it hit me before I could even sit down and begin--- IT WAS WORKING. My fatigue was fading. As the second week began, I found myself enthusiastically gathering my kiddos and heading somewhere that I usually avoid, kids or not-- THE MALL. And I had the energy not only to endure it, but to enjoy it with them.
So...how did that happen? I don't claim to be a scientist and understand what elements of the pink drink do what, but I do believe strongly that Plexus helped to balance my blood sugar levels, and that helps my body to avoid sugar crashes and spikes. And the imbalance that existed before was causing the fatigue.
And even my kids notice the difference. And while they are still teasing me relentlessly for my conversion from Anti-Plexus to Pro-Plexus, I know that my family is better off for the change.

Why I Facebook Blocked My Plexus-Selling Friends….
Yes. I really am going
to admit it. I did. I’m sorry.
It’s not that I didn’t love them, or even minded that they wanted to
post about their business venture on their facebook. I have friends that sell other brands of
various sorts that post as well. But
y’all- I have 537 friends that sell Plexus.
Ok- that might be an understatement. I don’t even have 537 facebook friends. But some days it felt like it. But that wasn’t my only reason.
You see, 5 years ago, I was super focused on getting into
shape. With no dietary helps, no
trainers, just a gym membership, a faithful workout buddy, a great pair of
Brooks on my feet, I lost 40 pounds, I
quit sugar. Cold Turkey. I rarely consumed bread. And I felt great. I ran a half marathon, I bought all new
clothes, I played better with my kids, and it made me happy.
Fast forward to the birth of my twins, whom I carried until
37 weeks and delivered at over 6 pounds each.
That’s a lot of baby, and a lot of “baby weight”.
I was back out walking/running/hitting the gym within
weeks. But I was tired. And life got stressful. And food made me feel better. I know that fitness is about 30% exercise and
70% nutrition. And while I was working
out a few times a week, I was still eating whatever comfort foods I could
find. I would resolve to give up sugar
again, and fail within two or three days.
My willpower hasn’t been enough this time around. (and for those of you who might be reading
this and tune it out because you don’t need to shed any pounds…know that
kicking the sugar habit and maintaining healthy blood sugar levels is about way
more than losing weight. That’s just
part of MY journey. The increased
energy, lack of unhealthy cravings, and overall feeling of wellness is why I
will continue drinking Plexus even after the excess weight is gone. Not to
mention the other great products like their probiotic, multivitamin, etc.)
So…why would that make me block my Plexus-crazed Facebook
pals?
Pride.
I mean- I did it all alone. I would kind of get tired about hearing how
fantastic everyone was feeling and looking when they had this “crutch” to help
them along. I did it all by myself. Why
couldn’t they? And I was determined to
do it by myself again….and show them I didn’t need some pink drink to make it
happen.
While secretly researching Plexus on the internet with an
irritated look on my face.
And then I got tired of being unhealthy. And tired of failed attempts. Finally- after much research, and seeking the
wisdom of several other “over-researchers” I know, I decided it was time to lay
my pride aside. And I asked a friend to
give me a few days of her Plexus stash.
I mean- once I finally decided to give in, I was so excited I drove to
her house at 10:30 pm to get some from her.
And I swore her to absolute secrecy.
I was giddy.
So. Here I am. If you’re someone I see in real life, you
might look at me and see that there aren’t any results yet. Nope.
Not yet. Then how can I speak so
confidently about the success of Plexus?
Because of those 537 friends. Most of whom I have known for 15-20
years. And their success stories are
incredible. And I am happily looking
forward to joining them as I find my way back to healthy.
And now I know why they post so much. If you are struggling at all…with anything
from weight to exhaustion, to headaches, to tummy troubles…so often the culprit
is sugar. I know. Because I have gone without sugar. For 8 months.
And life is better without it.
And they just want you to know that if you are struggling, there is something
to help you out.
And now- this girl drinks pink.
P.S. I've unblocked them now. ;)
